Eligible for Return

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Unopened displays in original packaging
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Excessive dead pixels (per manufacturer policy)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Installed or mounted displays (unless defective)
  • Displays with physical damage
  • Products missing original packaging
  • Opened calibration equipment
  • Clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for issues
  2. Obtain Return Authorization Number
  3. Return all original packaging and accessories
  4. Include all manuals and documentation

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
  • Installation fees non-refundable once service completed

Dead Pixel Policy
